The Blessings Offerings given during the month of May 2026 are designated for Sally’s Kitchen, a ministry in our local community, which, according to its website, “serves a well balanced meal Monday through Saturday to anyone who needs it.” Sally’s Kitchen is located on the lower level of The Salvation Army building located at 400 Capital Avenue NE, Battle Creek, MI 49017.

For more than 30 years, Calvary has volunteered at Sally’s Kitchen, and is responsible to prepare and serve the lunch meal on the first Friday of each month. If you would like to learn more and/or volunteer, contact Bill Engelhard (wengel13@comcast.net).

Blessings Offerings are designated for a ministry outside of Calvary Baptist Church. For your convenience, designated Blessings Offering envelopes are available on top of the Giving Box in the Church Lobby. Blessing Offerings can also be given by using the “Special” line on an offering envelope, by choosing “Blessings Offerings on the church APP or online giving website, or by mailing in a designated gift to the church.
