You may be wondering what it’s really like at Calvary! Simply put, we’re all about Jesus. You won’t be met with shame, guilt, or condemnation. And we don’t care how you’re dressed or for whom you voted. Our church is made up of imperfect people with every kind of story.

We know going to a church for the first time can be intimidating and nerve-racking. We want to help make your first experience at Calvary a great one!
SERVICE TIMES
Calvary Baptist Church meets every Sunday at 10:00 am for our Morning Worship Service. The Nursery (infants through 2-years olds) and a class for Preschool (ages 3 – 5 prior to Kindergarten) and Kindergarten kids are available during the Morning Worship Service.
The Youth Group (grades 6th through 12th) meets on Sunday evenings from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the church.
Wednesday evenings are our Family Night when we Gather & Grow together. Gather & Grow is a FUN, interactive, multi-generational class, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, designed for all ages (both young and old) to learn from the Bible together. Elements of the evening include a Meal, Music, Bible Lesson, Activities, Scripture Memory, Prayer, and Fun! Because the Bible lesson is taught at an upper elementary / middle school level, Kindergarteners, Preschoolers, and Babies gather after the meal in the Nursery for lots of activities and fun at their level.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
HOW LONG DOES CHURCH LAST?
Calvary’s 10:00 am Morning Worship Service is about 60-75 minutes in length. We normally begin with the Praise Team leading the church congregation in music. Song lyrics are projected onto the screen so you can sing along and/or engage with worship however you feel most comfortable. During the service, one of the members of our Preaching Team or a special speaker will share a message from the Bible.

We love kids at Calvary Baptist Church, and we believe they should have fun every single week! Other than your child learning more about Jesus, our biggest priority is your child’s safety. Because of this, we have a check-in process for our Calvary’s Kids program.
A Nursery is provided for infants through 2-years old kids during each service.
A class for Preschool (ages 3 – 5 prior to Kindergarten) and Kindergarten kids each Sunday during the Morning Worship Service.
A Kids’ Activity Sheet is provided each week for 1st through 5th Grade kids in the church lobby for their use of quiet activities during the Morning Worship Service.
