Verona School Partnership

Calvary Baptist Church has adopted Verona Elementary School, an elementary school a few miles south of the church, as part of its Local Outreach strategy.

Calvary often partners with the school in providing resources, such as food and clothing, for the school’s pantry that is available to the students to meet their physical needs. In addition, several times during the school year, delicious treats are delivered to the staff at Verona.

Once each month, students are dismissed from the school to participate in Released Time Bible Classes held at Calvary and led by RBM Ministries missionaries. Parental permission is required for the students to attend these classes.

This Partnership with Verona is a tangible way for the church to minister to those living and working in our community.
